The Raleigh. Offer what the bike is worth to you, neither price seems out of line, depending on in person inspection.
I believe that Schwinn has the FFS. Personally, I avoid bikes with that obsolete, clunky, system.
Myeslf, I prefer vintage Japanese bikes. Many (not all) will have better parts than either of these two, weigh a lot less, be easy to upgrade, etc.
