I heard on my police scanner a few minutes ago a car hit a cyclists at in the city of Carson at Carson and Sante Fe and then 10 minutes later a call came in that the same car hit another cyclist on Alemeda St street. The vehicle was a white Dodge and the sheriffs air unit was dispatched to look for the vehicle and its driver.

This sounds intentional to me
