I'm having difficulty balancing the tension on my rear wheel. Here are the details. Velocity A23 rim, bladed Pillar spokes. This is my fifth wheelbuild, the first with bladed spokes so I'm still a newbie.

From the web,Velocity build their wheels from 110-135 Kgf.

My dilemma.

When I properly dish the wheel, tension on the DS reaches 130-140, but tension on the NDS is in the 80-100 range. If I try to balance out the tension, I loose my dish.

Any suggestions?
