i purchased a incite computer mount bc i had the computer but no mount. after installing i couldnt get the computer to register the wheel was moving. So I emailed trek and the guy said i needed a new sensor battery and told me which to get. now I have the battery and cant figure out how to open the sensor to install. I dont want to destroy it trying to pry it open. The trek guy has stopped responding to my emails. Does anyone know how to open the sensor to replace the battery?
