Bikes: Schwinn Le Tour III (fixed)

I used a pair of old mountain bike Wilderness Trail grips. I pushed thme onto the bars and rolled them all the way down to the stem, like in the picture you posted. Then I unrolled them and "Presto"! Done. Then rolled back the outer ends a little and wrapped the remaining exposed bars with cloth tape. Rolled the ends of the mountain grips back down. Now my bullhorns have a cushy center for when Im just cruising, and a grippy surface for when Im climbing or forward on the bars... you know...the sweaty slippery part of biking.
