Slight chance the BD bike has 73mm BB shell but I seriously doubt it. Should be OK there. LHT definitely has clearance for 48T chainring. Rear dropouts are 135mm on both bikes. Both take 1 1/8" headsets/forks/stems. I think that about covers all the compatibility concerns.
I wonder how many of these statements made sense to the OP. Until they all do, he needs more experience.
