New to cycling and I don't know much, so I decided to buy used from craigslist. Bought this guy for $150 as advertised.

Did I get a good deal? Also, it is a pretty heavy bike. Think this will matter much? Would it be OK for long touring rides or will I want to stick mostly just to short commuter rides?
