I wish my STL 12.2 was worth $500. (Actually, I do not believe I would sell it anyway.)
I love to ride a classic from 1977.
Personally, I would pay $150 for a SLT 12.2 in great condition. Dayton, Ohio market, but I have an affection for steel Schwinn's.
BTW - one person listed a LT recently on eBay for $950, then $750, then $550, then $199 - I don't know if they ever sold it.
