There wasn't a "campione d'italia" in 1999, only a 9-speed "campione" http://members.jcom.home.ne.jp/the-bianchi/1999.htm http://www.bikepedia.com/QuickBike/B...&Brand=Bianchi The "green" in the 1996 is likely short for "Celeste Green" and can be seen in the 96 catalog http://members.jcom.home.ne.jp/the-bianchi/1996.htm It's a pain to read but it's the one marked c-d-i w/ "mirage"

Looking at the spare parts catalog you can see Campagnolo changed the aesthetics of the shifters between 96 & 97 and yours look like the 1996 version see pg 36 http://www.campagnolo.com/repository...spares96-B.pdf and pg 44 http://www.campagnolo.com/repository...spares97-B.pdf
