Bikes: 1986 Alan Record Carbonio, 1985 Vitus Plus Carbone 7, 1984 Peugeot PSV, 1972 Line Seeker, 1986(est.) Medici Aerodynamic (Project), 1985(est.) Peugeot PY10FC

Since entirely period correct decalling does not seem to matter to much to you with your bike, I suggest that you go with earlier style decals (80 to 83...anything Pre 84 is better) that did not have the rainbow diagonal color slashes on the top and seat tubes. For some reason Peugeot decided that their traditional checkerboard and lion graphic designs were not cool anymore by 1984. Us Peugeot fans almost fainted when we saw the 84 bikes with these color slashes when they came out. Later designs into the 90's weren't that much better either. I've since learned to unconciously cancel out the color slashes in my mind, everytime I look at my 84 PSV.
