More interesting stuff on this topic. I particularly was struck by the lowest hazard ratio for exercising only twice per week. My guess would be working the heart hard it is like any other muscle. It only recovers fully in something like 72 hours. Hitting it hard more oftentimes than that might not be most beneficial even if it only shows up as a health problem in a fraction of the people doing that.

Whoa! Thanks for pointing this out. He is e one I need to hit up for free advise regarding my own status. John's an interesting guy. He took a pay cut to have more time to cycle. He's like a cat 2 racer, and he may be the best electro physiologist in Loovul. He might be even as good as Teddy Roosevelt
