I cleaned all the components and got it all back together. Freshly lubed. Even with the correct chain length, the issue still remains. The only component I haven't looked at yet is the shifter lever. Since this part of the system controls where the RDER sits for each gear, is there a possibility that it is worn out and spacing between each position is less than it should be? That's all I can think of...I'll tear it apart and see if anything looks suspicious.
