Bikes: See my sig...

I Hope Sheldon Brown Would Approve... My Phillip's 20 project.

This little adventure started in 2007 when this ragged little Phillip's 20 came home with me and I really started looking at and reading about Sheldon Brown's love affair he had with these quirky little English bicycles.

For quite some time the little spent his life as a fixed gear...

Then I decided to set him on fire and beat him with a hammer... and add some gears.

It has been quite the journey and if there is a heaven and Sheldon is looking down I hope he knows this is his fault and that he would approve.

I have a few little details to address like fenders, need to build a low rider rack and a lighting bar and more than anything... I am looking forward to the next 5 years and the 5 after that as I know we have more adventures ahead of us.

I have "nicer" bikes but few have ever put such a smile on my face as this one... I have lost track of how many happy miles we have shared.
