It upsets me to see taxpayer money spent of something like this. I work with many federal agencies and law enforcement organizations who can't get criminal violates prosecuted because the US attorneys have too few people ad too big a caseload
It would be a waste for USADA to sit around and NOT do any investigation. They were created actually to do this stuff.
