Standover height isn't that big of a deal as long as everything else fits you okay. As long as it is below and you don't have to balance with your crotch on the bar you will be fine. Eeven then it isn't a big deal as long as everything else fits fine and you don't slip off the seat and hit the top tube.

My Long Haul Trucker's top tube is nowhere near 1-2 inches below my crotch. If the bike feels good to you, don't worry about it and enjoy your new bike. It's a cool bike.
