Central Indiana Bicycle Association (CIBA) reports that they and other volunteers spent the weekend sweeping a segment of our local (and extremely popular) MUP with magnetic parking lot sweepers, in the wake of literally hundreds of flat tires last week. It seems some bright soul thought it would be entertaining to sprinkle part of the trail with carpet tacks.
On MUP. They can't even offer the excuse that the bicyclists were impeding auto traffic.
