Bikes: Raleigh's all: '71 and '74 Internationals, '74 Super Tourer

Can anyone ID the manufacturer of this rim by pics alone?
There are no logos, characters or otherwise identifying markings on them that I can find.

What I can tell you about them:

700C X 21.17 MM in width

Laced to Campy Record hubs

Spoke nipples have a raised "S" on them as viewed from the ends

Installed on a '74 Raleigh Super Tourer as an "up-grade" by the LBS / Raleigh dealer when purchased

Alloy sew-up







I'm curious.
