Aa we speak (or write) I am treating a car trailers frame (got the trailer for free) for rust. You find plenty films on Youtube. I use a bigger trailer lined with a tarp as a tub, and use 24 volt from two batterys to remowe rust. Add some washingsoda to the water and watch the rust disappear.
