From: Minnesota- the frozen tundra

Bikes: 1977 Raleigh Super Grand Prix, 1976 Gitane Tour de France

I ship with Greyhound quite a bit with work for large items like bumper covers and I did ship a bike with them once.

Never had a single damage issue, worst thing is the less than stellar transit times, I've had stuff get from Minnesota to California in two days and other times it's 12 days to get to Kansas.

The only other issue has already been mentioned about the lack of a phone call to let the recipient know their package has arrived but that only happens once in a while.

Overall it's a good value, low risk of damage but you can't be in a rush and do not expect any form of tracking information.
