I'm 53. I leave for work in 5 minutes. 5:30AM. I eat a banana and a granola bar before I leave to help make the grade to work. I top my grade at 2/3 way in where there is a Mickey Ds and I eat two sausage, egg and cheese english muffins everyday. I don't eat again until a few pieces of raw bracoli or coliflower at about 2PM. That's is it until supper.
My blood pressure this morning is 121 over 74. Blood sugar and cholesterol are excellent. I ain't changin' a thing. LOL
I'm just 52 (June 15), no Scrawny Ronnies on the route, blood pressure 145/95 (not good, got to see the doctor again). Blood sugar and cholesterol are good. I like the banana/PB suggestion.
