I make my own energy bars.
1 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 cups rice crispies
2 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Combine peanut butter, honey, corn syrup and chocolate chips in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat until well blended, stirring constantly. Add rest of ingredients and stir together. Press mixture into a 9x13 or 8x11 pan and store in refrigerator. Cut into 10 bars.
These bars taste much better than store bought in my opinion. The downside is that they are best served cool and straight out of the fridge.
