That's rabbit-hole stuff which is why I'm an engineer, not a lawyer. Logically, specific warnings of potential danger cannot be a guarantee of safety, and
every segment can be deemed to have some degree of danger. Since physical segments cannot be eliminated by Strava, I don't see a problem.
In the legal world, don't get me guessing.
