I wonder how difficult it would be to programmatically identify dangerous elements of a given strava segment using route information, traffic information from google perhaps, and speed deltas in the uploaded data. With weighted danger elements a particular segment could be rated at various time tranches.
The only thing I could imagine them being able to do is to buy speed limit data and auto flag a segment as dangerous if any user exceeds that value on a segment.
