I got chased by a dog yesterday but I just out ran him. For years I have carried a pepper spray in my bag for dogs but I have never had to use it. I had a friend that worked for the postal service and she told me that they give them pepper spray for dogs. She said a Pit Bull came after her one day and she sprayed him good. She said that Pit Bull ignored the spray as if was nothing. She took refuge in a person’s house and called animal control to rescue her from the dog.
