It's all about choices. I am allergic to dairy and tree nuts, but I find that I prefer my lifestyle better (and have less health issues) than those around me who eat without concern for nutrition. I pay attention to what food is supposed to do for me and eat that way. Hence the breakfast I mentioned earlier.
