52 years old, healthy as a horse.
Raise and grow a lot of our own food and I like to start the day with a decent breakfast.
Favorite is hash browns made with Peruvian purple potatoes and green onions from the garden topped with a couple of our hens fresh eggs over easy and a few pieces of fresh raw broccoli.
