The heat must be making people crazy...

In a stretch of less than two blocks I got buzzed by an SUV moving at well over the posted limit, got passed and cut off by a minivan and then a block later, when I was making like a pedestrian and crossing in the crosswalk one white SUV blew through the cross walk just as I was stepping off and then another white mini SUV in the third far lane blew through the crosswalk in front of me (I had stopped to check) and then the lady in the next little white SUV stops but lays on her horn as she came to a stop in the lane the 2nd SUV was in and gives me a "what are you doing".

I got a little unglued and smacked her hood, pointed to the huge crossing sign and yelled at her that "THIS IS A ^%$%$#%$ CROSSWALK AND WHAT THE F%$@#%$&&^ IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE !!! ".

She had her window down and apologized as I was making my way across to the other side... all the traffic to my left had stopped and no-one tried to blow through the cross walk which is good because I was at that point where I would have gotten off for temporary insanity after beating up some driver.

There has been a lot of construction and delays and think this is really contributing to the traffic hell in my neighbourhood... one 7 block stretch that turns on to the Avenue where I was playing Frogger turns into a parking lot at the busier hours.

I never liked playing Frogger...
