Only a few times over the last couple months, last time was 3 weeks ago. How long until your leg is good to go?
I'm out of a cast as of now, but won't attempt to ride a bike until probably next week. After I get back on the bike, it will probably be a while until am ready to head back to the track. I'm pretty much back to square one.
