I ride in at 6:30 or so, most days I eat breakfast around 8:00, usually just a PBJ sammich or some kind of breakfast device like a cheese/sausage/egg burrito or a McMuffin. I absolutely never eat before riding, it makes me ill.
Right now I'm doing a bit of fasting and I don't eat until a small lunch at noon or so.
