I've had a few sets of those, they are stamped. I'm not a big fan. They aren't as stiff as, say, sugino 75s, and they tend to break at the eyelet, which can be very painfull. I still have a set on my track-only-bike because I haven't gotten around to replacing them, but I wouldn't ride them on the street too much, because of the aformentioned breaking problem.
