Hi-five to that ****! Bacon is the font of all truth, wisdom, sweetness and light. Every restaurant I've cooked at , rustic italian, fine dining french -- hell 3-star classic japanese even -- has found a way to get bacon on the menu. And it always sells like hot cakes.
