I'll have to keep an eye open for you around town. Did you get that powdercoat done around here? I'm looking for a good, at least somewhat inexpensive, place for a project or two.
I don't think the fork is bent, but the alignment is a little off since the front wheel isn't exactly centered below the fork crown.

It is a rattlecan job. There's a place on PCH near the airport that will powdercoat for $100ish. I'm not a fan of PC (some exceptions) because most PCers don't know how to treat a bike frame and you can't remove it easily if it sucks or you want a change.
I had a fork that was a little off. Remove it from the frame and figure out a way to check it's symmetry. I used tiles in my kitchen, a string, and a tape measure. It gave me a good idea of what was going wrong.
