Stubacca is right, that is a huge frame. That frame might even be too big for me and I am 6'1".
It would be a good idea to have someone at an LBS to check your fit so that you know about what frame size to be looking for. Make sure that you find out the frame size of the used bikes you are looking at. A proper fit is very important.
