Doesn't look that big to me, unless that stone fence is like 6 ft tall...
With standard geometry bikes, you can usually guestimate the frame size by looking at the head tube (the yellow tube in the photo). For your height, you should try out bikes with at most an inch of head tube between the top tube and the down tube. This bike looks like it has 4 or 5 inches. If you are a man, you will find getting on and off a bike that size to be somewhat painful.
