I second Bicycle Times and their sister mag Dirt Rag,been subbin to the Rag since the mid 90's,and BT since issue 1. Urban Velo is a pretty decent read as well,you can read it fee online ( http://www.urbanvelo.org ).and 3 bucks an issue for print copies,or $18 per year (6 issues).
