I have some doubts about this bike. It has a 27.0 seatpost... The fork looks like it has been impacted... Plus the dropouts are missing the eyelets... Lastly, to get the steel bars to peel like that requires considerably abuse, so I am very leery about the inside of the frame. PS: a friend of mine is supposed to go and see the bike in person this weekend before the auction ends, but having spoken with the seller, I have my doubts about it being a Cinelli.
I agree the fork appears to have taken a hit. but things happen, and the frame does not appear blemished. The drive side rear dropout has the spring hole above the derailleur mount which does help place it a bit.
On any of these old soldier bikes the components to me are always suspect to indicate much, too easy to exchange.
Be good to see head badge mount holes.
I imagine it will get some interest that results in a bid or two.
Bigger than I would consider. And the cost to refurbish is not insignificant.
