I am a slow poke in the morning. Get up at 5:45 and out the house at 6:30... and don't have time to have breakfast in those 45 minutes (what DO I do in that time? Don't know, it's all blurry).
My coffee maker has a timer, so it's ready when I roll out of bed. I usually have some kefir and coffee and I am out of the apartment. I have a 30 minute leisurely riding type of commute but I need something in my stomach or I get grumpy.
At work I eat whatever sounded goo to pack the night before... bagel and cream cheese, oatmeal (more in winter), breakfast cereal, muffins... my breakfast is usually sweet... but I will try some fritatas now that I saw that on here. NOMM NOMM
