I think the quill stem idea is neat and works pretty well, though if you read the review in BQ, one of the criticisms of the stem design is that the bar can move side to side as it's being ridden if it isn't tightened properly. I doubt we'll have an issue with it, but will keep an eye on it to make sure it stays where it's supposed to be. It definitely makes for an easily adjustable stoker's "cockpit".
