Yes, TimeTravel_0, as you have already noted this is indeed the "BQ" tandem, though the bike is not a 2007. The bike was actually built in 2010 and won Best Road Bike at NAHBS that year. There is nothing in the BQ article that indicates it as a 2007. I just re-read the article to make sure I wasn't missing something.
