I'm far from being a Centurion expert, but I don't believe that the earlier bikes had the pin stripes. And, based on the 1979 catalog, the font on the downtube decal and the badge on your bike are different than on mine.
And, the Binda straps were not OEM on this bike. It should have MKS straps.
