@misskaz - haha I'm such a dumbdumb sometimes. you're absolutely right. wrenching on the bike while drunk would be a bigger risk than just riding fixed. Lots can go wrong when you're drunk and adjusting things on your bike so that you can drunk ride home. seriously, thank you for pointing that out. i guess i was grasping for scenerios where i think i might want to use the freewheel. but i'm crushin pretty hard on FG at the moment. doubt I'll ever get back into coasting.

@scrod - good call. I may sell it, didn't realize I would find a buyer for a used freewheel. it does look brand new yet. I could also put it on my wife's bike but that's a waste since she doesn't ride much and doesn't mind her shimano freewheel at all.
