Today the guy that I was supposed to help train for endurance wussed out and bailed on me and did not bother to let me know until an hour and a half later. So wound up putting in 40 miles. Was assured that it was on for saturday. I can assure you of this, 15,000 feet of climbing at a hard pace on Saturday, to make me wait that long is inexcusable.
