I'm looking at some carbon clinchers as a potential upgrade. More specifically, these:

58mm Carbon Clinchers
Weight: 1485g
Currently I'm riding on some custom built, very light-weight 20mm Kinlin XR-200 wheels. They weigh about 1330g and have held up well so far, though I think they probably aren't as stiff as I'd like them to be.
I'm looking to see if there are relatively affordable, deep rim carbon wheels that won't be too much heavier than the wheels I have now so I don't sacrifice too much weight for climbing, but will be more aero for the flats and top end speed.
Now I'm starting to have concerns about rim durability as well as stopping power as I've been told by November Cycles that their rims should be used very carefully on long descents or anywhere you'll be braking a lot (big groups and epic descents etc.).
I'm wondering if these will be useable as everyday wheels and if the aero advantages will even be worth having to baby these wheels every time I ride. I don't usually do any seriously mountainous climbs/descents, but still having the thought in the back of my mind that the rims could be overheating is slightly worrisome...
Any thoughts? Advice? Should I stick to my current setup? Or invest in these and have the Kinlin wheelset as a backup for big climbs and whatnot?
Thanks for the help.
