However, statistically speaking hyponatremia is very rare, even in the very hot Texan environment.
Equally important is that the solution to this very rare problem is
not to use sport drinks and nearly worthless electrolyte tabs.
The solution is to listen to your body, not panic over slight dehydration, and to only drink when you're thirsty.
