It's geared too high for me. I bought it thinking it would be easier to climb with it, but I found out its the Indian, not the arrow. My LBS owner set it up to match the dimensions of my other bike as best he could, but the handlebars have a much more aggressive drop which I can't handle with my arthritic neck. The neck thing's kinda new, just started really bothering me the last couple of months. Sometimes my right arm will go numb if I put too much pressure on my neck.

For some reason, my butt hurts when I ride this. Same exact saddle as my other bike. I've never had a sore butt with the other one. Sometimes my feet will go a little numb too, especially my left. It's very hilly where I live, and this bike stays here at my house. My other bike is in the city where it's a lot flatter, so maybe some of these problems relate to my rides being more intense on this bike.

The bike feels like it could be a little stiffer for my tastes, and there are some annoying ticking noises that get on my nerves. I know most of this stuff is fixable, but I feel like sticking a big cassette or a triple on this bike would be like putting a lift kit on a Bentley. No, this bike was made for a young, strong rider who wants to go fast, not a 50 year old guy with sore joints and weak legs. I really hate to lose too much on it, but I'm in a financial position where it wouldn't kill me.
