When I picked up my packet on Friday the lady told me that just over 400 were signed up. So probably somewhere in the 400-500 range I think. I heard they made 600 PB&J sandwiches but not everyone got one at the pit stop they were at (greedy riders toward the front)....heck the first pit stop was cleaned out of everything but a couple granola bars. LOL
