Quite an experience you had there. I suppose you checked and double-checked the delivery address with Kinetics once problems started? I've noticed our street address system here in Finland doesn't always play nice with web site ordering systems. If needed, I've always been able to set things right with a few e-mails though. Good thing you managed to dispute the charge with you CC company.
