Hi all, I'm new to biking as a whole. The other night I was given my father's mountain bike. My aim is to sell it and replace it with a road bike, as I live in the cities and have no use for a full suspension mountain bike. However, I have NO IDEA how to go about selling this bike. I'm going to have it tuned up at a shop but really have no clue what I have. I know my dad bought it new (and on sale) in around 2004 for about 1200, marked down from about 15. Can anyone tell me what kind of bike it is exactly? Or give me a link that holds more info about this exact bike? If I put it up on Craigslist, how much can I get for it? My dad probably took it off road a total of five times, and rarely, if ever, rode it otherwise. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
