Wow, I am on the other end of that. I am looking forward to all the places that I can find. Where I live there isn't much close by, but I am within a short drive of several places that are perfect. I would say that I have more days left than new places to ride.
I hate it that you had a run in with another cyclist. I have heard that they can be a little elitist, but I have yet to encounter that. I will say that I have had easier times conversing with the Triathlon crowd though.
