I'd put my money on a turn of the millennium Trek OCLV frame. Trek sold millions based on Lance hysteria, and they were (are) pretty damn good bikes. I bought a 5200 in the fall of 2000 for about $2500 and it was a very raceable a bike right off the shelf. The question is whether you could get a NOS frameset in 20-30 years. Maybe some of the Lance Fans stashed them in barns once the yellow jersey mania wore off.
